From touring crews and production teams to venues and entertainment companies, Giggs is building a platform designed to transform how the live event industry connects, hires, and grows.
Rooted in Nashville’s creative culture and expanding into a national workforce platform, Giggs is helping modernize one of the world’s most relationship-driven industries through technology, community, and collaboration.

How do you go from working live events to building a platform for the people behind the curtain?
For Nikki Sanz, it started with a move to Nashville.
Like many who come to Music City, Nikki arrived to pursue a career in live events. While working in concert production and alongside event teams, she quickly noticed a challenge. Event organizers struggled to find the right crews, while talented professionals often relied on fragmented networks and word-of-mouth to find work.

“When you go to a concert, you don’t realize that hundreds of people had to come together to make that happen,” Nikki said. “There was nothing to actually help them connect for future employment. I became obsessed with solving it.”
Seeing an opportunity to improve the way the industry connects, Nikki founded Giggs, a platform designed to connect event organizers with the people they need to bring live experiences to life.
As she turned her idea into a company, Nashville's innovation ecosystem helped accelerate the journey. Nikki participated in the Entrepreneur Center and received investment through Launch Tennessee's InvestTN program, gaining access to the resources, relationships, and support needed to grow.
“I told one person about the idea and they said, ‘You should go to the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.’ So that was my first stop,” Nikki said. “I needed to be surrounded by the smartest people who could help point me in the right direction.”

Today, Giggs is helping modernize how the live event industry connects, hires, and grows. Rooted in Nashville's creative culture and expanding into a national workforce platform, the company is helping transform one of the world's most relationship-driven industries through technology, community, and collaboration.
Investor Scott Welch believes the opportunity extends well beyond hiring. “I believe Giggs will become the premier hiring platform and a leading voice for the live events industry,” he said.

The industry is ready for change,” Nikki said. “People want this.”
